Is it possible to purchase from Scentix without signing up for a subscription?

Although we would love for you to join the Scentix family, we understand that a subscription may not be the right choice for everybody. We are happy to offer one-time purchases on select items. While some items are exclusive to our subscribers, you can still enjoy a variety of products with a one-time purchase.

Order & Shipping
Can you please explain the process from payment to shipment?
After your initial order, your Scentix subscription will renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle.

You can expect your package to leave our fulfillment center 5 business days after billing. We'll send an email with tracking details as soon as it's available. If your payment is unsuccessful, we'll make a few attempts throughout the month to ensure you receive your order. Once payment is received, your shipment will be dispatched 5-7 business days later.

We'll notify you by email with the tracking number once your order has left our fulfillment center. To view your tracking details, log into your Scentix account on our website  and select the Account icon Order History.

Please note that if you sign up for a multi-month subscription, youll be billed upfront for the entire length of the subscription.

Do you ship internationally?

We sure do! We can ship products to most countries inside the European Union.

Please be aware that different countries have unique customs rules and regulations. Unfortunately, if your package gets held at customs you will be responsible for communication and any additional costs required to release your item(s).

How long will it take to receive my order?

We typically ship in 1-5 business days (Mon-Fri) after billing. And you will receive your order in 10-12 business days (Mon-Fri). Please know that we are doing the best we can to get orders out promptly.

My order never got to me, what do I do?

Oh no! Hopefully, this doesn’t happen but if it does, although our shipping carriers work independently to deliver your package, we’ll figure this out together!  

If it's been marked delivered and it's only been one day-sit tight! Sometimes the carriers scan it before it gets to you. Keep an eye out for the next few hours!

If the tracking hasn’t been updated in an unusually long time or if it was never updated since it was made, chances are it was lost in transit. Please file a claim with the carrier. If there is no conclusion after two weeks, please let us know and we will look into replacing or crediting you for your order.

If the shipping address was a temporary location, we do not assume responsibility if the recipient is no longer at that address upon delivery within the projected shipping timeline.

How do I track my order?

When your order ships you will receive a separate email providing you with a tracking number to track your order. Sometimes this email gets sorted into spam or promotions folders so be sure to take a look in there if it feels like you have been waiting a little too long.

You can also log into your account and click on the order in question to see the status.

*Please note that sometimes the tracking can take a day or two to be updated by the carrier. If it looks like its not moving, chances are its on its way!

Return & Exchanges
Returns and replacements or credits

Subscription Returns – Scentix Oy subscription items are non-refundable and ineligible for returns because it is made to order, except that any Products that are defective or damaged at the time you receive them may be exchanged for a replacement. If your item was not delivered in perfect condition, it is replaceable within 30 days of its delivery date, as described below under "Damaged Products."


Please be sure to review your queue on an ongoing basis to ensure that we ship the items you’d like to receive! Products and any other subscription items that are returned to us because the address you gave us is non-existent, out-of-date, or otherwise defective are also not refundable and do not entitle you to, or create, any refund, credit memorandum, credit balance, merchandise credit, or similar obligation owed to you by us.


Returning à la carte orders – We are happy to offer returns on full-size fragrances, gift sets, and select à la carte purchases. Once your order is delivered to you, you have 14 days to return your item(s) in its original, unopened condition for store credit towards any purchase on the Scentix Oy Site. If you’d like to make a return. It may take up to 14 business days to process your return and credit your account. We will notify you by email once your return has been processed. We do not accept returns on à la carte fragrance vials.

The above does not affect any statutory rights you may have in your country of purchase.

Our Site has absolutely NO imitations or knock-offs; HOWEVER, WE ARE NOT ASSOCIATED WITH THE DESIGNER OR THE DESIGNER'S PERFUME MANUFACTURER IN ANY WAY AND HAVE NO AGREEMENT OR ARRANGEMENT WITH THEM AUTHORIZING US TO REPACKAGE THE PERFUME. All of the Products available on the Site adhere to the highest quality standards in the industry. We pride ourselves on being cruelty-free.

The product I want is out-of-stock, when will it be available?

We strive to maintain our stock levels in line with demand. However, from time to time we may become out of stock of a certain product. If one of our products is out of stock, please feel free to send us a message and we'll make sure to let you know when you will be able to order it again.
